# Background

I started my career in 2018, working at an Indonesian super app company where I learned most of the technical skills that brought me to where I am today. Then I moved to the largest Indonesian OTA company in 2020, but stayed for less than a year.

Currently, I’m leading a team as an Engineering Manager at a financial service company in Japan. Despite my management role, I’m still hands-on with the system by doing architecture reviews, building workflows, libraries, and scripts, as well as planning technical improvements and paying off technical debt to boost our team’s productivity.

# What I Write About

I write about software engineering, DevOps, and whatever I’m currently learning or experimenting with. Most of my posts come from solving problems at work or exploring something new that caught my interest.

# Outside Work

When I’m not working, I enjoy gaming and exploring local cafes. There’s something about finding a good coffee shop and spending a few hours there - whether it’s playing games, reading, or just taking a break. I find it helps me recharge and often leads to new ideas.
